So are the republicans. When large numbers of Americans cheer for crime and corruption the system is heavily damaged.
If his indictments go to trial it will take a completely
unaware completely dishonest and totally corrupt Trumplican juror to get him off. I can see this happening in maybe 1 of the trials but not multiple -and I will tell you why.
There are 3 types of Trumplican supporters/Americans. The most numerous are those that are marginally informed and largely don't care about politiics.
About 30% of these won't vote at all. About 40% will.
Many of these are otherwise good and decent people, but of course not all.
The next level is about 20% and it includes Trumplicans These are those who live in an insulated bubble barely aware that other people think and hear information different from what they do. Some much smaller percentage but still alot of these people may actually be decent folk.
The third level is at about 4%. These are the dyed in the wool magats. They actually read and hear the correct facts but totally ignore them because they simply don't care. This is the typical Tigerboard Trumplican and handle wise-they are legion.
Heres the thing: the first two categories of Trump supporters are susceptible to the truth. If they serve on any juries they will almost assuredly come out of the trials as antiTrumpers.
The third group, about half of them may still vote for Trump but will still convict him because they have
not lost all the shreds of humanity and morals that they may have once had. But they are the type who will most likely get tossed off during jury selection.
I can only guaratee what SHOULD happen at these trial not what will. But still the overwhelmming sense is that Trump sees prison in his future (unless he can stall and 12th amendment his way into the Presidency). Pushing the trial off till after the election would be clear cut voter interference.
