embracing birtherism, referring to African nations as "****hole countries," telling congresswomen of color to go back to where they came from, calling Mexican immigrants "rapists," refusing to denounce white supremacists during a presidential debate and so on.

Intelligent people misattribute those as being racist comments. They are stupid comments, made to appeal to stupid people. Any of his racism in my opinion is actually rooted predominantly in his stupidity rather than being actual racism.
