Not sure if it's Republican propaganda before the election to attempt to move voters or liberal propaganda and cheating after the election to hide the truth, but hopes have been raised and then dashed each time.

Democrats and the media will enlist list black congresspeople and celebrities to verbally spank black voters who consider straying off the plantation. That plus valuable prizes like Obama phones and student debt forgiveness usually work.

Not getting my hopes up.
