Under any circumstances be attempted. People should be left to suffer and die on their own with absolutely no assistance from government.

Ever.

Entitlements have a place and a purpose in my opinion. The problem is not their intent or their concept, but rather their implementation, execution, and exploitation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
