Cook had the 10th best passing season by an MU QB last year

Now I am not claiming he throws a beautiful deep ball, but our offense looked poorly coached overall last year. From the O-Line to the RBs to the receivers. QB was just one part of it, but for some reason the QB is the only one getting any of the blame.
I blame the coaches. That is where the blame lies, and I honestly don't think any of us knows how good Cook can be, given he was injured most of last year.
At the end of the day, Cook played on a poorly coached offense last year with shytty play calling, receivers dropping balls that should have been caught (including several by the five star recruit) and a terrible O-Line. And despite all that, Cook registered the 10th most passing yards in a single season for Mizzou.
Was it ugly? Yes, at times it was. But the kid did his best and it isn't his fault if the team is not better than it is. Blame the coaches.
Does anyone think this team would not be playing better under Pinkel with the exact same personnel?
