in potential? Happens everyday at every level.

If Horn is close even close to cook, he has to be the guy because he's going to improve infinitely more than a low-ceiling guy like cook. Drink was insane for not getting reps for Horn last year, and then not playing Horn exclusively in the bowl game. Drink should have been fired for his handling of the QB position.
