I can't really judge him yet.
If the line has a massive improvement, that will make our receivers better as they'll have more time to get open. It will open up the running game better, which in turn makes the passing game better, and on and on it goes.
The other X factor is his arm injury. Did that impact his ability to throw with velocity, throw it accurately?
Or was that who he already was?
It may be a cop-out, but I just don't know if we've even seen what Cook can do with a good surrounding cast, and healthy.
