May is projected to be the 2nd QB taken after Caleb Williams next year, so he most certainly throws well enough. There is no "maybe" to it.

Richardson was a top 5 pick this year, if he can't throw that doesn't happen.

Dart is a better thrower than runner.

Again, using the QB in the run game can be about maximizing your offense, even if you throw it well.

It's okay to admit you were wrong, despite your handle.
