speak of? Can you cite one source that isn't directly feeding on Ukro-Nazi propaganda? These claims that Russia is targeting civilians and residentials areas are baseless. There is going to be collateral damage when the Ukrainians use civilian infrastructure to shield military targets. However, there's no evidence Russia is targeting them in a terror type campaign, such as the Ukraine launched against Donbas civilians beginning in 2014.

FYI, a few weeks ago the Pentagon released a statement that they could find no evidence Russia has used cluster munitions in the Ukrainian civil war.
