I spoke out because TV ads for prophylactic treatment of HIV to keep someone's antiviral load at an undetectable level was insulting because it promoted promiscuity and unsafe sex with 2 dudes making eyes and hooking up on a subway platform and a black woman taking it because she didn't know who else her partner was stepping out with.
