of it is chicken feed compared to our "defense" budget of over 800 million. Why the hell not "waste" some of it on offense for a ****ing change. Like, just take it from all the real waste of our defense spending we've done for decades that we already know won't do a goddam thing for the US.

A whole new concept to our foreign policy.
