would improve dramatically – even with the same demographics.

Laws would be enforced. Prisons would be filled. And new prisons would be built if needed.

Dangerous people would be removed from the streets and placed in cages, where they could no longer hurt people.

But democrats won't allow that because it impacts people who commit more crimes — and statistically, those people are disproportionately from groups that democrats pander to for votes (i.e. use as pawns).

It's the soft bigotry of lowered expectations... welfare, high crime rates, lower academic standards... the so-called "democrat plantation".
