except Illinois is playing Purdue, Indiana, Northwestern, Minnesota, Iowa... they'll only face a couple tough opponents per year in conference play.

Meanwhile, SEC teams are grinding it out against teams like Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, Florida, Auburn and LSU in at least half their conference games.
