Always been lower than the Big 12 if I recall directly. Someone posted the past ten years distributions and future projections but I can't find it. That said, the Big did pass th3 PAC when they signed their most rec3nt TV deal
Now outside of the AD, the money in research comming into th3 university has to be higher in the PAC
