The thing we have to remember is that college baseball is never going to be as big as it is in states that don't have two MLB teams. Maybe it would be different if MU had a winning tradition. But we don't, at least not recently. Do we need to have a team that wins consistently first, before spending money to build a stadium? Or do we build it first? Maybe I could see building a stadium if we weren't 60th in average attendance. That may not convince anyone with the money to do it. But we'll see.
