department, who was a collegiate baseball player and hired Kendrick at Memphis before last season, that it wasn't that guy who suggested Kendrick, which is not my idea btw, it's something that's been in like every story written going into and after this hire, I can't help ya brother. You believe whatever you want, but I would suggest that maybe you're seeing what you believe instead of the other way around. But you're right, I don't KNOW that that's how it went down. But it is highly highly likely the biggest reason Jackson is the new MU baseball coach is MU just hired Debord, Debord had just done a coaching search and hired Jackson. That simple. You don't have to like the hire, but arguing it's because he's black is really weak in this case.
