But I think what is laughable is that until the SEC and Big Ten come out and say we’re forming an NFL type league with two conferences it’s laughable to say that these other conferences don’t “have a seat at the table” With the national media like ESPN and Dennis Dodd pumping them up they will always be relevant when it comes to the playoffs and bowl games. As you pointed it out. TCU won a semifinal game last year and they’ve dominated in basketball the last four or five years as far as championships and Final Fours. Texas and Oklahoma leaving will have no effect on the relevance in the media eyes.
