its estimated that 17,000 (miniumum) people die from vehicle related air pollution each year. I figure
a higher percentage of Texans do so compared to just
a straight percentage, so at least 1489 Texans die
each year from car/truck pollution (no doubt higher).
zero of them die from EV vehicle pollution. Don't know the public costs before these people die but I would wager in the billions if not trillion or more.
And losers like Abbott and other Texas repubs want to tax EVS , just because its red meat for their debased.
