Plus the difference between 133 and 143 is pretty significant. Looking at it in reverse, if he dropped 10 instead of adding 10 he'd be the 3rd worst in QBR.
In yards per attempt he is 10th as well, as close to the lowest echelon as the average.
IMO, he is and was a well below average SEC QB that has a long way to go to be average, and he needs to be above average. And most of the blame for that is Drink's, but his abilities are limited as well.
