you really dont need a HC, you need a promoter at the top with really good OC and DC running the show. The promoter gets money for NIL and boom you hire your team during the transfer portal based on what the OC and DC need. A waste of time recruiting HS kids, just wait until the portal opens and get what you need with NIL money.
