allocate money for each department so they can get the best in each area, They have to hit boosters for money donations to NIL, then hit the transfer portal and buy their team. Recruiting is on a slow death roll, even if the kid starts as a freshman, he may hit the portal to see what his worth is the next year and those that dont start may just jump ship because their feelings were hurt.
