I think any "defender" you're going to find here is looking at that. Of course, the difference between you and the "defenders" is the "defenders" are waiting for all of the facts to come out whereas as you just want to react emotionally. And I'd go as far as to say you want to use both of these cases to reflexively infringe on Americans' rights. And call for MO GUBMINT PEASE!
