You do not know that for sure. Look at the numbers of soldiers out of the Persian Gulf that had cancer and the majority were exposed to the Depleted Uranium ammo. Also, the Cancer rate that jumped up in Iraq after the war. This doesn't prove anything but it is evidence to be a concern.
