Does Graham advocate forward deploying adequate USAF assets to the region? Perhaps in Romania, from which our ISR drones are based. There is no way our Navy can intervene in the Black Sea. The moment American AF assets are deployed in offensive rolls in the Ukrainian Civil War NATO's forward bases in Poland, Romania, the Baltic nations and possibly even Germany are likely to be subject to Russian missile attacks. The U.S. needs to get out and stay out of this war.
