he pled guilty to obstructing a government proceeding.
He was obviously guilty and no amount of peaceful walkibg around on tape nullifies that.
He may have a point IF (and thats a big IF) the prosecuters had the irrelevant tape and said they didn't. Guilty people get off for that kind of shiite all the time.
there was a violent insurrection, no honest decent intelligent person could even think of denying that
