believes otherwise. but for the record there are specific steps by LEOs (or the mayor typically) to go through before a riot can be declared. You know what wasn't declared at the capitol? a mother ****in' riot.
btw, you still didn't point out a lie. because Tucker never said it was ONLY a sightseeing event, however some of the defendants most certainly were escorted around by police and that video was hidden. you don't find that concerning?
you don't think the video of Officer Sicknick who dems claimed was killed by a fire extinguisher attack is interesting when it shows him walking around, behaving normally, doing his job, long after that incident?
you'd think you'd be upset that exculpatory video was kept from defendants and their attorneys.
you'd also think that the manner in which many of the participants have been held and the heavy handed manner in which they are being prosecuted would be concerning b/c in a lot of instances it's not consistent with previous DOJ practices and it's CERTAINLY not consistent with how BLM and Antia riots were handled.
