I could probably find some that are no longer needed. Please don't ask for a long rationale and a list of those agencies that I would abolish. It will require a little more study that I am prepared to do at a little more time but I am prepared to vote devote to it or to you.

But certainly, the government is bloated and much of the fat in government can be removed.

I'll have a study on your desk by 8 AM tomorrow with complete details and an outline of cost savings, personal savings and operational procedures for each and every agency in the United States government.
