If it was his intention to do so, he should be charged, convicted and jailed, but I don’t know if that was his intention. I didn’t call for him to be charged, convicted, or jailed.
And I don’t care. His action was bad enough, regardless of his intention, that I wouldn’t allow him to play.
You seem under a misconception that only illegal actions are grounds for disciplinary action for a college athlete. You couldn’t be more wrong.
