Just as Hitler and the Japanese leaders were responsible for the American deaths in WWII,
1. The people who initiated the Whiskey Rebellion were responsible for the deaths that resulted.
2. The slaveholding leaders of the Confederacy who attempted to illegally secede from the Union were responsible for the deaths in the Civil War.
3. OBL and AQ were responsible for the deaths in Afghanistan, and Saddam for the deaths in Iraq.
There you go.
