Is taxation not lawful? Or is government not lawful?

Who are you to say that taxation is theft? That is just a silly opinion (imo) based on other opinions, about the nature and purpose of government.

And i hate government overreach. It is heading into an abyss of fascism, marxism and despotism.

I think taxes are exponentially too high. The tax system is corrupt and and is used to pick winners and losers and kick back money to powerful legislators.

No argument.

But it's the people running it that are the problem. It's not the system.

In 1919 after the black sox scandal, they didn't outlaw baseball. Baseball wasn't the problem. It was the people abusing the game for their own benefit.

They didn't ban businesses after the bernie madoff scandal.

And they won't ban guns because of crime. Guns aren't the problem, criminals are.

Get rid of criminals in baseball, business and in government.

Don't get rid of baseball, business and governemnt.
