rolling us back to Japan post World War II. Sure, serious military dudes with stars on their sleeves will act like the world is ending but the spending is so high and so often that a couple of years of just not going crazy makes a huge difference.

Hell, we need to modernize our world view. Do we really need to have 1,100 jets that cost $150 million EACH?
