The second most palatable, way is extraordinarily complex, and would vary greatly from one area to another. Doesn't sound workable, frankly.

And then you are left with taxes. Excise taxes, sales taxes, government taxes, federal tax and state taxes, local taxes…

In your own hierarchy, your two preferred ways are unworkable. You said yourself that you don't expect voluntary donations to work. You said yourself that you couldn't possibly describe all the ways for user fees to be implemented.

So you we are left with funding government with tax dollars which you claim to be theft and immoral.

What are we to do? Seriously, what are we to do?
