don't count STL and KC in Mizzou's TV market?

You honestly think that North Dakota State has a bigger TV market than the University of Missouri?

That link seems to make my point that the Mizzou TV market is much bigger than that of North Dakota State University.

I'm a little shocked that this is even a discussion.
