St. Louis and KC are in Mizzou's TV market so I am

not sure why you would just include Como and Jeff City.

I would basically include most of the state of Missouri as the market since they are the only P5 D1 school in the state. I would basically use the numbers that the SEC looked at before inviting Missouri to join.

The Dakota's are not only much smaller they have 4 schools that compete in the same conference in the two states.
