There isn't a "deep state." There is an intelligence community that has accountability.

That is not the same as what people say when they refer to a "Deep State." There is no secret manipulation or control by a hidden cadre of people working against the interests of the citizens of the US. That's something that conspiracy nuts like to claim to gin up an evil group that needs to be ferreted out, that they can blame for things they don't like or believe in.
