At Paul Pelosi's boyfriend's trial yesterday the Cops

testified that Pelosi answered the door and boyfriend DePage was several feet away in the background. According to the testimony, Pelosi and DePage immediately (apparently in light speed!) struggled for control of a hammer. ???? Yes, that's what the Cop said on the stand. There was no attack until the Cops arrived. DePage was obviously much quicker than these Frisco Cops, as he and Pelosi each held onto the hammer and they watched Pelosi get coldcocked.
