control of Congress and the White House.

Failure to get banking regulations fixed.
Failure to secure border.
Failure to get all judge and magistrate positions filled with conservative jurists.
Failure to pass a balanced budget amendment.
Failure to require photo ID to vote for President.
Failure at the state level to pass simple laws to better handle criminal justice issues, like
mandatory constructive service of all outstanding warrants when in custody anywhere in the state, so process moves along faster,
mandatory discovery w/o a request for it in all cases that can result in jail or prison time,
mandatory disclosure of conflicts of interest in civil and criminal cases,
limitations on length of service in all levels of government combined to 30 years, (except for custodial or building maintenance workers).

That's just a few.
