It will have to happen gradually over time, unless... DJT were assassinated. That would certainly be more beneficial to the party than anything else possibly could, since Ron DeSantis could run unopposed in '24. (Note: I am *not* advocating for any harm against DJT, I am simply pointing out a hypothetical scenario.)

(2) The single greatest thing that could happen to the Republican party would be adopting a moderate position on abortion rights (e.g. unrestricted within first two trimesters).
