Correct. Slavery is not unique to the American experience. It must have been hell for many, if not most of those who experienced it. However, modern day AAs should thank the Lord their ancestors were brought here involuntarily so many years ago. Otherwise, they might never have been born and certainly wouldn't have been allowed to emigrate to America under their own power.
