Trump is doing himself no favors looking unhinged now. First, it is a bad look for him. Second, it would appear DeSantis is doing the perfect thing politically by not responding. He is taking care of the storm that just hit and getting things done.

The comparison between the two is actually playing into the worst impressions of Trump and the best impressions of DeSantis. I am not picking one over the other. Only saying that if Trump actually wants to help his chances to gain the nomination, I think he is doing the worst thing he can be doing, and DeSantis is capitalizing on it.
