Maybe the guy also doesn't like the TP they use and prefers to clean up in the shower? And then he decided not to waste time on the toilet and cut out the middle man and just take care of everything in the shower. Like somebody else said, it's all pipes.

There's nothing right about this situation and trying to explain what some idiot did. The guy obviously has problems.
