6:30-7 am... I usually get to the showers around 7 and it's been there 3 of the last 6 mornings when I get there. And it's looking decently fresh.

They have a camera at the front door of the gym so I guess they could see who's leaving just before 7 every morning, but they'd need a larger sample size to narrow it down that way.
