Good, the timing is right

I was worried about him being a one-hit wonder with all the seniors on the defense this year. I was expecting a big drop off next year. I do still think there will be a bit of a drop off and the TB natives will get restless on Baker, but I think he's the right guy long term.
I've really been impressed with some of the young guys making some of the big plays the last few weeks. You can sort of see the torch starting to be handed over to the young guys, and they are killing it. Baker has got those guys ready to go and playing well. And ultimately, the young guys should wind up being better players if you worship at the "star rating" altar.
Drink finally got the right DC. Now he needs to work on the OC side of things.
