in the context of economic conditions the preceding three presidents faced when taking office. Obama/Biden came in to an economy losing 600,000 jobs a month. Over the next eight years they left to Trump a very solid economic base. Trump did not create that economy he inherited it. Biden came in during the swirling troubles of Covid and its resultant economic troubles.

These guys don't work in a vacuum.
