surprised by it. It is still about $600/mo cheaper than I currently pay and I will make use of it.
And yes, I have commercial properties that we stumbled upon and bought right 12 years ago and hold loooong term leases on. That allowed me to buy a few residential properties before the area exploded.
Never dreamed or had goals that come close to what I am currently blessed with, 100% not my doing.
