The actions of an individual that negatively impact the lives of others in society should be something that elected representatives concern themselves with. Like speeding, drunk driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, burning old tires in your back yard, throwing garbage in your back yard…..
Has the government gotten overzealous in regulation? yes! does that mean all regulations are bad? no! It is a crying shame that people that profess the ability to be responsible adults, and claim they don’t need regulations, are the ones that need them the most
