Of these prisoners are most likely dangerous drug dealers who sold everything from heroin to fentanyl and were able to plea down to, "simple possession of marijuana".

These are not necessarily all just harmless recreational dope smokers. It's another attempt by the pickles of the world to surrender in the war on drugs.
