How can a government have private property rights

it is public property? How can public property be denied to the public?

If there are rules to use that property, how do you come up with said rules? Could now the government ban black people from being on public property?

That is the problem with such a vast government system that treads into our lives in so many ways.

I think Pickle's thoughts always gone along, is on public property, rights are contained to simply personal rights, and if you are not infringing upon others (or destroying property), you have a right to do as you wish on public property.

But people wish to make up a hoard of various gross things that could happen, and then claim Pickle et al., not only do those things on public property, but think they should be celebrated as such.

I think it is sick stuff, but will defend their rights to do it. It does not mean I support their actions.

At the same point, I do not think that force should be used against that person, and the government throw them in jail or steal money from him (fines and such).
