Does the city, or county or federal government or whoever claims to own the park have the right to kick that man out? Or arrest him?

Do any governments in the US have legitimate property claims? or do you reject all such claims out of hand?

If you accept some, but not others, could you give a concrete example or two of each and the criteria whereby you would differentiate between them?
