Before taking over. He was seasoned and had seen things. He was fearless, not cocky which is what his teams reflected. Sure they could lose games, but their coach had pedigree and his team reflected a fearlessness.

Drink’s lack of experience shows. It is what it is. When he chose not to hire an OC we should have all seen what was coming. Overconfidence in one’s abilities plus bravado is dangerous.

I’m hoping he figures it out…but he’s got little time to do so.
